Obama Bowl (Glazed Hope)
Shine Chisholm created this hope-themed glazed bowl: “Shepard Fairey’s work inspired me, like many other artists. I had recently begun experimenting by tracing with carbon paper to glaze a detailed image, and this project lent itself to that end very well. the piece is hand-thrown (by me) white stoneware fired to cone 10, glazed and fired to cone 6.” Nice work!
