Bobby K. just sent in two separate works that feature Obama, nudity and unicorns. This genre of painting will, of course, come at no surprise to the readers of the Art of Obama. However, it may suprise you to find that these were not created by Dan Lacey! Here is the first one, featured on the cover o f the LA City Beat:
F. Lennox Campello sends in a second charcoal drawing: “This is a charcoal and conte on paper created in 2008 right around the time that Obama was beating Clinton in the primaries. It is currently at Projects Gallery in Philadelphia”
Dan Lacey has yet another unicorn themed painting up on : “An acrylic and oil painting of Barack Obama on his unicorn Penelope and posed in front of the post apocalyptic Capital dome of the Fallout 3 Vault video game. This painting is 8 by 10 inches on sheet canvas.”
Speaking of strange art – here is a nude Obama riding a unicorn…. It was created by Dan Lacey, who normally paints photos of people with pancakes on their heads: “The Barack Obama Victory Unicorn. I’ll be selling these to the crowd outside the Excel Energy Center in St. Paul Minnesota later tonight.” Full size inside, if you should want a closer look!
