I think it captures Obama’s athletic intelligence and visionary mind. Materials used in this sketch: Black pencil, Black UB150, Black gouache, Coffee.”
Bensonn Anspach has created an entire blog devoted to drawing MemeBots, cartoon robots with themes “that are sometimes topical and sometimes nonsensical”. Sure enough, many of the recent posts have been Obama related.
Steve McGaughey writes in: “I just stumbled on your website and it’s great to see a collection of obama art in one place because i’ve been really impressed with the design work coming out of the community since his rise. I’m a med student and I created a little doodle blog that I update everyday and I had done a couple quick pieces on obama on election day and the day after. it’s nothing that great, but…”
