The concept of using vibration plate for health benefits goes back at least to ancient Greece, where the idea of using vibratory energy for physical health dates back as far as the fourth century BC. The idea was later transferred to an unproven theory when the Russian Space Program used it to simulate the Earth’s gravitational pull on astronauts who would otherwise lose bone and muscle mass if they were left without gravity. The theory became a reality in the 1990’s when NASA began testing vibratory energy generators for astronauts and found that they could reduce bone and muscle mass loss during space flight.
The concept behind vibratory energy is that you can utilize sound waves to make the energy you need. Vibration, as the scientific name suggests, is a motion that is caused by an outside source. By sending sound waves through the air, you can create an equal and opposite movement within the molecules of the air itself. This causes a phenomenon known as acoustic phonon coupling. When this occurs the air molecules will vibrate. Because the energy from vibratory motion is very similar to sound waves, when you apply vibration to yourself, the vibrations will create sound waves.
There are many types of vibrational energy that have been developed over time. The simplest vibratory energy is the sound created by a bird’s wings beating. By listening to the sound produced by a bird, you will become aware of how the sound travels through the air and where it originates. You can then use that information to create a vibration of your own that can be felt and heard by other people. In this case, the vibrations are equal to the sound waves, so when you resonate your body with the sound, you will feel like the birds are beating down your back. The vibration that you feel is referred to as the vibration energy, and the more of that vibration that you have, the stronger the vibrations will become. until eventually they reach the ultimate limit point and become as powerful as the wind.
